This came into my recommendations. This is the first time, I'm hearing this. It reduced my anxiety. Listening to this before going for bed and after getting up will decrease the stress.. I think.
Yes it sounds beautiful 🙂. You feel better because your not thinking of your worries, instead your focused on the sounds. Meditation is like this, no bowls required. Just try to sit and quiet the mind. It will still go on about things, but try to observe it rather than participate in those ideas/thoughts. You can use audio like this video to help facilitate initially, but eventually it will come easier and easier to get settled without anything additional. Worry and fear is also a way of thought. If your understanding of the universe, earth, life, etc, changes.... Then worry and fear can dissolve. Keep searching for answers and they will be revealed 🙌
@@sandrasabu5901 another thing about anxiety worry and fear. ALL of our Earth life experiences happen for us to grow and learn as developing souls in this Universe. Good or bad, they are both beneficial in our progression/ spiritual journey. Don't fear or worry about bad situations. Embrace all situations as opportunities to learn. A different mind state like that can be life-changing if accepted. ♥️ Sometimes however, the mind state is so locked You can't get out of it on your own. This was exactly what I needed…lately my mind has been so overwhelmed that when I sit down to eat that my stomach has been in knots. I usually try to distract myself by getting sucked into reels and shorts but realized that it wasn’t helping me AT ALL. But playing this video…as soon as I heard the first bowl ding…I immediately felt this calming sensation…although I am eating my lunch currently listening to this…it truly helped calm my mind and my nerves ❤❤❤

@@TseringYangzom My stomach starts paining whenever I take stress my exams are about to start now my stomach is continuously paining from morning to night it is intolerable please suggest any cure for this pain pleaaaase help
If you don’t eat because of stress your empty stomach it will ache eat heathy diet something every 3 hours keep your stomach full if you don’t feel like eating drink milk otherwise the lining of stomach rub together on empty This helps me don’t worry relax you can do anything believe Good luck

Think they represent chakras each vibrate at different frequency. There are other chakras in the hands and throughout the body. Fabulous either way. Think my bowl is the smallest there. There is a chakra above crown too. Love the birds tweeting in this one. It takes skill to make them sing. I just hit the side to cleanse my treatment room or over people's heads, you can balance the bowl on your head and hit it. Still powerful. X I listen daily to this.
Love the sound it remind me childhood in japan:) every morning my grandmother rang the bell and prayed. The background sound of crow cry also recall japan 😊Thank you so much ! My morning meditation was perfect with this sound ❤
I can't believe it🤯 While my 1,5 yo baby was crying abruptly at night, I remembered I had viewed a short information abt tibetan bowl. Since I don't have one, I found this video and played it. He turned to be calm under 5 seconds of playing it, and continued sleeping. It left me speechless that theory is really effective .😮😮😮 I am gonna proof it again next time.

This was beautiful. I’m looking at Tibetan singing bowls. Please advise at what note the two bowls in front of your legs resonate. I like the deeper sustainable sound.
