Singing fish in "Malcolm in the Middle" 

I was watching Malcolm in the Middle and I noticed when Malcolm was in this hospital gift shop that one of the items was a singing fish, one apparently customized for the show to sing "Achy Breaky Heart". It only appeared for that brief moment unfortunately.
The episode is "Stevie in the Hospital".
