Angel Gabriel😇 is the most beautiful. Honestly as an American I feel like his accent helps make the song even more beautiful 🥰 and I don't know if anyone has actually told you this, but English is not Gabriel's second language. Gabriel does not even speak English. He only speaks Portuguese. He might understand some English words or know some English words through singing and listening to the English songs, but I truly don't believe he can hold an English conversation. He has learned everything on his own. He is so beautiful and he inspires so many.

I love Gabriel’s voice in everything that he does but the one thing that he has, that I do imagine is difficult to coach (not an expert), is his emotion and the way a song looks to be making him feel, and therefore making me feel. That is coming off 💯 authentic to me and I can count on one hand the number of singers that are capable of doing that, at least for me. And I am 54 and have seen a lot of music. And I did mean seen in that sentence. It is the very thing that sets him apart for me and I listen to him sing anything because of it, in English or in Spanish (having no idea what he is saying.) I believe him, every time. 💗

Yea! This is our angel Gabriel Henrique. His voice is just Amazing and Unique! 👏🏾 👏🏼 👏🏾 A small but very important detail: for us Brazilians (no, we don't speak Spanish, but Portuguese and these are two beautiful sister languages), English is an inaccessible language for most of the population, extremely poor. Even those who study languages ​​and learn English know that the biggest difficulty to us is pronunciation, for sure. But, just like singing, it is by practicing that we reach perfection!

I get it when you say that he could improve his pronunciation and even his English - it would help him to get even more flluid in his singing I guess, ease his breathing and also help him to connect even more with the songs through the lyrics - but in Brazil it's really not that easy to access proper education for the greater part of its people, let alone learn English... That being said I couldn't miss the opportunity to say that no, our rainforests are not fine and it's great that you have pointed it out before. You have to understand that we're right now in Brazil living a polarized political life and many of those who support our currrent president believe that it's ok to deforest - or are simply in denial. And some territorial people forget that we all share the same planet and those lines they see on geopolitical maps are only men's doing and every human being should be concearned to what happens to Earth. You're absolutely correct about his pronunciations (and enunciations as well) of certain words. However, his English has improved over the years, but if he had an English speaking teacher to help him improve speaking and singing in English he would be so much further ahead. I believe what stands out the most about Gabriel is the amazing control he has over his voice. He reminds me of the late great Minnie Ripperton from the mid 1970s. She was the queen of the whistle notes. None of the singers today could hold a candle to her. If you get the chance check out Minnie's song "Loving you." Minnie, like Gabriel maintained vocal technique while singing in the whistle register. What I mean by that is Minnie and Gabriel do not just hold a straight line note they hit different pitches, use vibrato and even sing lyrics while whistling. Gabriel showed us in this performance he can even belt in the whistle register. Gabriel covers Whitney Huston's song "One Moment in Time" where he showcases his vocal technique while whistling.
