So back when segregation existed in America black people were not allowed to sit in the front of the bus, and had designated seats in the back of the bus. If a white person came on the bus and a black person had a front seat, they would have to give it up for that white person. There was a famous Civil rights hero who protested this by sitting in the front of the bus and not giving up her seat (Rosa Parks) and this led to many other protests and arguably started the Civil rights movement for African Americans. The premise of the joke is that Rosa Parks fought for this right just so this guy could sit in front of the bus and block traffic😂 which is really funny.
