Dig a hole in the ground(depression) and collect the water. Assam has the same problem and they are building a silicon chip fabrication plant to utilize the water resources. Manipur can use the water during off-monsoon season or build mineral water bottle plants 😂
River bank retaining wall is badly needed to construct if the government is willing it can be done in no time during its 5 year plan. If we don't do the needful every year we will face the same flood problem and lost life and property in terms of lakh and lakh.in the recent flood we have lost so many valuable properties in terms of lakh.we need river bank retaining wall so as to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
