Belum lama saya bikin lagi resep ini untuk acara kumpul kumpul di hari Minggu.
Saya bikin 2kg, karena susu evaporate tinggal 1 kaleng, sisanya saya kasih whipcream elle dan sedikit susu cair segar. Hasilnya di luar dugaan, lembut, wangi, gurih, mewah, bersih, ringan, seru lah rasanya.
Dan yang cobain juga bingung, kok bisa singkong dikukus seenak ini? Banyak yang tanya apa aku pakai telur? Ada juga yang tanya, ini pakai mentega? Pakai keju? Seru lah kemarin, akhirnya banyak yang minta dibuatkan lagi😁
Jadi untuk hasil terbaik, gunakan susu cair + whipcream maka rasanya luar biasa
Singkong caramel 3 bahan
1kg singkong
Kupas, cuci, parut, peras airnya sedikit kurang lebih 175gr tergantung kadar air dalam singkong. Masukkan
80-100gr gula pasir
380gr susu evaporasi atau santan cair
1/2 sdt garam
Aduk rata, sisihkan
Panaskan kukusan
Siapkan loyang ukuran 10x20Cm
Tuang 40-50gr gula pasir
Masak di atas kompor hingga menjadi karamel
Biarkan karamel mengeras
Setelah karamel mengeras, tuang adonan singkong, ratakan, kukus selama 40 menit dengan api sedang
Setelah matang biarkan dingin suhu ruang baru di keluarkan dari cetakan
Potong2 sesuai selera

So for the best results, use liquid milk + whipcream then it tastes amazing
Cassava caramel 3 ingredients
1kg of cassava
Peel, wash, grate, squeeze the water a little more or less 175gr depending on the water content in the cassava. Insert
80-100gr sugar
380gr evaporated milk or liquid coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
Stir well, set aside
Heat the steamer
Prepare a 10 x 20 cm tin
Pour 40-50gr sugar
Cook on the stove until it becomes caramel
Let the caramel harden
After the caramel hardens, pour the cassava mixture, spread it evenly, steam for 40 minutes over medium heat
After cooking, let it cool to room temperature and then remove it from the mold
Cut according to taste
