Great video. Well explained and fully understood. Is 25 on each side (13 years old 6kg dumbbells) good enough?

Nope! Do 50 on each side and tell me where you feel it first. Quads or shoulders?

For this exercise, you're using a dumbbell heavy enuff that you can't normally press, so you have to push up strengthening the lower body and core. Then when you bring it back down to the shoulder, it's a heavy negative movement for the upper body.
