With that kind of technology why would you have a guy with a measuring tape and making adjustments by visual. Not even using a straight edge!! Set the limits on the machine and have it done exactly the same each time.

Interesting to see the pressure rollers just behind the weld heads, stopping the lower plate curling up toward the web, I had not see anything do that before - but then I haven't seen something welding beams this size before either.
