FABO MVSI-900 Mobile vertical impact crusher is generally used in a multistage crushing process in the third or fourth stage. It is produced around VSI-900 vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher, producing cubical end products that are used in concrete, asphalt and groundwork materials.
FABO MVSI-900 mobile crushing plant has a rock-on-rock crushing system where the rocks crush against each other after the rotor continually discharges them into the crushing chamber. Our mobile crusher has a useful feeding structure with a 15m3 volume large feed hopper and it can be easily fed by a conveyor, excavator or wheel loader. Additionally in the bunker section, there is a walking, control and maintenance platform all suitable for occupational safety.
VSI-900 Vertical shaft impact crusher has a maximum feeding of 45mm with 250 tons per hour total production capacity. It is equipped with 2 x 200 kW motor power. Its adjustment system is assisted by a hydraulic piston, furthermore, there is a sight cover available useful for maintenance easiness. Special hard facing welding is applied to the material pouring parts of our rotor to prevent wear.
In the next process the material goes to the Vibrating Screen where it gets divided into 4 different final fractions. The screen is 2 meters wide and 5 meters length with 22 kW motor power, strong enough to separate the fractions correctly. Additionaly there are 12 special production steel springs which enables best vibrating performance. In this project the client is receiving 0-4mm from the front stock conveyor belt, 4-10mm and 10-20mm from the side stock conveyor belts, but this can vary according to the customer request.
Our MVSI-900 mobile crushing and screening plant is controlled and operated by the automation system developed by FABO engineers. With the automation system panel positioned on the mobile crushing plan, the operating mode of the facility can be adjusted as desired by the user. The automation system is offered to our customers with the most up-to-date version, taking into account all the tests carried out from production to delivery of the facility, and it offers the opportunity to control it from anywhere in the world using the remote connection feature with internet connection.
