Great to see the Classic Plastic still sailing and looking good! You got a lot of work in her. Keep it up!

Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventure Ken. Love the classic lines of the Pearson and your work to make her seaworthy. Interesting that your boat's hailing port is MI and your state registration is AL. I'm in P'cola with a little daysailer, but will be making way on a larger boat before long. Fair winds.

I need to do something about the hailing port issue. I bought the boat in Grosse Pointe Michigan, I keep it in Mobile AL but live in San Diego CA. It's a conundrum.

I admire many of Rhodes' designs as well as the Alberg Cape Dories. How do you feel your boat compares with a similar sized CD or Alberg?

I think the simple answer is Cape dory's enjoy a better reputation. But after 50 years of upgrades or neglect any one of the three could be the better boat

What are you do with that outboard on the back? And how do you get it into the water? I’m thinking of adding one-I am very curious about it.

@@therarebreeds77therarebree7 I store the dingy motor there while underway and it is not easy to lift it on and off the dingy, I'm still working that out.

Thank you for the video! Nice bimini and dodger setup, where did you get those? Cheers from sister boat Sudo, #264!

The Bimini was shipped from Oceansouth, Pompano Beach Florida. The dodger frame, I made and had covered.
