1st off your child is too big to be nursed. The child has a full set of teeth, can feed itself and walk no need to nurse. 2nd it looks like ur baby has been bitten by an insect of some kind or has an allergy to someone. No chicken pox cause they blister up. I didn't see any blisters. You definitely need to take it to the doctor though. Good luck

I believe those are chickenpox, a childhood infection . You need to go to the doctor and cream for your baby , because they are very itchy, and when scratched they can scar. Don’t let your other daughter come close if she never had it . Another reason to to the doctor is if you didn’t have your chickenpox . Chickenpox is very contagious, and if you get you could get very sick with it.
