Happy October! Vlogtober Day 7 🎃
Baby I gets to it when it comes to my littles okkkk. I worked a 6pm-6am overtime overnight shift but being mommy and TT is 24/7. If I don’t do it who will so I put a smile on my face and remain grounded in this role. Thankful I have a job that provides me and my son with everything and more. And thankful soooo thankful I get to be his momma. I am blessed beyond measure even on these tiresome mornings.
No one chooses or goes into it wanting to be a single parent and pull all the weight. Truly my sons dad is a great father but was absolutely not the partner for me and I excepted that before my son was even born. Due to distance and circumstances, he doesn’t help me physically much at all but I would be lying if I said it was hard to do all of this on my own. 🤷🏼♀️ I struggled with fertility years before I met my sons dad and I never thought I would get the chance to be a mom. And for all the nights I cried myself to sleep trying to process that, I rejoice in every single moment I have with my baby. Even on these crazy mornings I am so happy and at peace just to be on the ride.
I can’t wait to launch The Peace Pod, my new podcast. So we can get into more detail and deep dive into different outlooks of parenting and all things that bring us peace… or take it away 🫶🏼
