Wow, powerful sermon! It hits close to home for me. I spent 10 years of my life living in lust, sexual immorality, and dating man after man in the same flesh. I felt so worthless and empty. When I was saved last year, I surrendered EVERY part of my life to the Lord including my love life. I’m single and satisfied in my relationship with Jesus! He is my first love. He is and will always be enough! 🕊🙏🏼❤️
Yaaaas! Single and satisfied! I so had to learn this the hard way throughout my life. I was married by 18 for all the wrong reasons, then divorced at 22 and just five years later I was engaged to another man, but this time because I had met Jesus and knew Him at a new and intimate level, throughout prayer and community I had chosen to walk away from that engagement... I just turned 30 this January and it's been exactly 4 years since I called that engagement off and I can honestly say that these past 4 years of singleness (although hard at times) have been the most purposeful and satisfied years of my life. I fell in love with my Creator and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and through the new heart of flesh and renewed mind I live a satisfied single life and enjoy my career as a barber that often feels like a pastoral position and I love pouring into my clients in so many ways as well as writing blogs and enjoying my family..... God is so good! I pray for that husband still from time to time, but I know now that that man won't complete me then because I'm already complete.... Thank you Pastora Bianca for your heart, vulnerability, and for being so fearlessly YOU!!! ❤
@@Anthony-yy3kc Hi Anthony! I personally have never experienced anyone advising me to remarry my ex husband or to remain single. I do understand why this would happen though. Divorce is spoken about in so many areas of scripture and it’s something that was also used to trap Jesus as well during His time of ministry on earth. I don’t know the “right” answer to this honestly, but I do choose to receive God’s grace in this and do believe I am given the freedom to remarry eventually. I think most often than not, God is more interested in our hearts and our intentions to what we do yet, all of it matters. I didn’t know God then throughout my marriage the way that I know Him today. There was unfaithfulness in our marriage and we did try to work things out, but it didn’t work out for us. We’re not enemies though, we both learned from that experience and I know I’ve personally been healing from that relationship with God’s Grace throughout these past years…. I think it’s just something that we all need to work out with God by our side through prayer and learning to journey with Him as we invite Him to open our hearts and minds to Him.

This message couldn’t have came at a better time. Celebrating our individual accomplishments is something I need to do more. Its good to finally love the self and not depend on anyone else but GOD for fulfillment. Thank you for this 🤲🏽

Gratitude Pastor Bianca Seasons of life that we need to accept, understand God’s timing and obey Him (it is not easy but we need to do it).. in all of the seasons we really need to be close/ to walk with Him, otherwise we will feel an empty space on a certain area of our life ..we will feel incomplete (only God can complete us 🙏🏻)

I wish i could find a church like this very inspiring video unfortunatly marriage and kids is put on a huge pedistal in most churches and its probably i big reason i dont attend church snymore but would love to but i dont want to feel like im less of a person because im single.
To answer the last question - Jesus cannot be the romantic love that I would have with an earthly person. He is my father and Lord, not the person I’d think of having sex with.
If people are satisfied and single why keep calling it just "a season"? Why keep promising people "If you are just contented enough or delighted enough in Jesus, God will send the perfect spouse into your life"? No one who bubbles and perks this way really believes this stuff. 50-year-old Christian who has remained faithful and will stay that way. I know I'll die unwed and am only discontented with the amazingly stupid stuff married people keep saying. And when I try dating. I hate dating and prefer not to bother.
my little daschund corgi dog went home to Heaven in January 2022 And now I have a little 3 1/2 year old mini poodle puppy :) And she is my baby Rosy doll:)And God knew that I needed her :) And she is definitely a gift from God Himself and she was born during Covid :) And i’m 100% single :) and I have been single for 9-10 years @TFH_OC
