Dude mine was making that low end rattlesnake noise under a load, and my buddies all do the same thing so I didn’t worry about it, fast forward a few months later and I decided to upgrade my cooling system and the car now runs normally at 180-200 degrees and that rattlesnake noise is gone so I’m guessing it has something to do with the heat, because now that it runs cooler the noise has stopped and the car runs a heck of a lot smoother throughout the powerband
Got links to those fans? I have the '18 GT with the same kit. It doesn't over heat, but does run warmer than I like. cruises around at 195-205. Then creeps to 220s idling for a minute. Is there a fan shroud? Currently I am using the On3 fans from the kit and a 170 thermostat. About to do some mods to the kit to put the oem fans and shroud back in if I can't get something better.
Are you gunna go with a manual? Or just send the 6r80 to get built? And what kind of exhaust setup are you gunna use since it wont come out of the bumper anymore?
You know I love that car and everything about it but why not just run a full exhaust? Was there no room to do it? Glad it's back to is normal self again congrats my friend.
