Ang totoo nyan, kaya lang kumikilos ang PAOCC ay dahil merong nakatakas, merong nag-video, at tumawag ang mga foreign embassies sa Phils govt kaya na-involved ang PAOCC, hindi ang Phils Natl Police. Imagine, kung hindi nakatakas yung foreigner na biktima at kung hindi tumawag ang foreign embassy ng Malaysia, hindi matutuklasan ang mga kriminal na pangyayari sa mga POGO. Again, kaya lang kumikilos ang PAOCC ay dahil napapahiya sa pagiging inutil ng Philippine Govt sa pagsugpo ng krimen na bumibiktima sa mga dayuhan.
