Sir, i just operated for ano-fistula laser treatment. surgery summery details shows it was complex fistula with multiple external openings. specimen (joint between two openings) sent to HPE, and their findings are it was sinus tract with accute inflammation. sir, what does mean? i have shown to surgeon, he said that reports are good,nothing to worry. i want to ask does i had both fistula and sinus?

In osteomyelitis the puss is compressing the small vessels both system which lead to ischemia resulting sequestrum is formed . This Bone is dead for ever now. involucrum is form around sequestrum which support it but not strong enough like before
