I stopped drinking milk and consuming dairy products and products that have dairy products in them. I noticed a drastic improvement in my sinuses. I stopped getting headaches, my nose stopped running insesintly, and the roof of my mouth along with my gums weren't sore anymore. I encourage all to try this.

Sinus surgery ruined my life. I think about killing myself every day. The surgery gave me nerve damage, nasal valve collapse, and Empty Nose Syndrome--which makes you feel like you are suffocating because the nerves that feel your airflow no longer feel the air. Most people have a deviated septum--but most people don't have breathing issues. That means your deviated septum probably isn't the cause of your congestion--several other things could cause it. And NEVER let them operate on your turbinates--that is the cause of Empty Nose Syndrome. The turbinates are very important to your breathing and should never be touched.
OK won't do that. I spend a lot of time listening to sinus problem videos. A few other people said no surgery. Some days my nose is so stuffed I use the nasal wash it works ok.sleep with open mouth have to.

Besides the symptoms, are sinus infections pretty much benign? The reason I ask is because I have none of these symptoms. To the best of my knowledge I have no symptoms at all. Yet, when I went to the hospital for something unrelated they said that they noticed on a scan that I did have a sinus infection.
Right, there are so many causes of sinus infections. Even sinusitis itself, has got many ways of developing... it can be developed after a long cold or flu. Regardless of the cause, it is really important to pay care attention to the way you cure it. Be it naturally or western, because untreated sinusitis can develop into other conditions...
I use sinusoothe for my sinus allergies and sinus infection because it works for both. This nose spray really clears out the passages and though expensive is the best as far as I am concerned. I no longer get a sinus infection using this and my doctor says he is now recommending it to his patients because a colleague of his recommended it to him.

Hi, I’m from Qld Australia & it’s WINTER once again, my problem was two years ago…but I now have same issues (3weeks) on my right side…pain in ear & jaw & gum around teeth are tender and constantly coughing up phlegm also headaches….my sinuses are blocked & eventually falls out to the back of my throat and & get to cough it out, for a week now I’ve started drinking Pineapple Juice to help with the phlegm it’s such a life saver & I also put Teatree oil on cotton ball & place that in my ear feeling so much better ….trying to avoid antibiotics at all costs lol . I seem to be taking control atm. 👏🏽🙏

i am having headaches just in middle between two eyebrows and right side eye upper eye chick and teeth also and its been 4days i went to see a doctor they told me its a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics. but i m not feeling better its been 1day i have been taking antibiotics...now my eyes also hurts and cant see properly ..idk what m i suppose to do?
Mine like comes for like a week goes away for 2 weeks then comes back for a week and keeps going and it’s been like this for 12 weeks or so I’ve tried nasal flushing and nasal sprays and nothing has helped anyone got any tips please xx
Check to see if you have a deviated septum that’s how I ended up with chronic sinusitis. I had surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum surgery. I have a sinus infection now probably get 2 per year now which is an improvement
@kittymanmanson1 That comment was posted a year ago btw. But what I said was every time I breathe out through my nose OR my mouth, I can smell it AS im breathing out. Not by inhaling, but by exhaling. It was very frustrating >.
hI CAN ANYONE HELP ME I have a dull ache behind my right eye that started all of a sudden 6 weeks ago... it was very bad the 1st day i could'nt look to the right it hurt to much. The next day it was half as bad and then not too bad at all but the pain is still there behind my eye??? I can breathe fine and migrane tablets have not worked. do i have a sinus problem or not? eye test came back all clear also they also pressure tested my eye. Thanks worried young lad.
I have this virus right now where I smell when I breathe out :( It sucks, cuz mucus retains a smell of what you just ate, so when my mom puts perfume on, and lets say i ate popcorn, its a f*ckin' twisted reek! I get headaches and randomly grind or teethe the air >.< My parents are doctors and are not sure what it is :(

Mine was so bad that I was put on three courses of antibiotics and the last round was for a month. The dr said if it didn’t clear up I would have to have surgery done. Every sinus cavity was severely inflamed. Luckily, the antibiotics took care of it finally.
@@aprilmichellerose3687 I took them for a month also, but four months later it returned & hasn't gone away since. I've been told I can't take any more antibiotics. One ENT said I needed surgery & the next one told me I didn't. I was told I have a low immune system & this is what is causing all my sinus infections.
