This really works. Try playing it in a shower where the steam can get in your nose and lungs or cup of boiling water on the table with a towel over your head to guide the steam. Be careful not to burn yourself!

I really wasn't expecting much but I was desperate. It actually worked! I listened and about 10 minutes in I started feeling relief. I have listened for 30 minutes and I have to get up now. I am not totally clear but about 50% better, which is fantastic for me. I will listen more when I can take a break. Thank you so much for this!

last night around 8:20 p.m my head was pounding like never before, my head hurt my nose was so bad and my throat hurt. When i went to sleep that night around 1:20 a.m i woke up hard to breath and i felt like i was gonna die. blowing my nose until it became clear enough to breath. Went to bed for about 20 minutes and i woke up again and the process continued. Sitting here doing remote work its a struggle when you are dead inside out. Finding this music just typing this on my lap top i feel so much better then i did before. It's crazy to see what just music can do threw someone. I don't know if you are still here but if so just know you are loved I pray for u threw this whole virus. I know its a struggle but we will fight it together :D God has a plain for you and me so I know it'll be alright just trust me :) I know i'm a stranger i'm only 12 years of age. But it dose suck to be felling dead cold alone like no one else knows what you are feeling but you.. but you are strong brave powerful and can change lives of others i know it! Darned if it didn't work! My expectations weren't high. I was stuffed up last night and could feel my nasal passages were swollen and congested. I fell asleep listening to this. When I awoke a few hours later, my nose felt completely normal. I was breathing through both nostrils and the swelling and congestion were pretty much gone. I keep reminding myself of the Einstein quote, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” So for those of you who are scientists, you can look to Einstein. For those of you who have faith in things greater than yourself, look there. I think they're the same thing. There's no contradiction. Namaste

I have had the upper respiratory crud off and on since December. During the last few days, I mounted an attack with oils. Every morning I have woken, hopeful. Every morning, including this one, I have been stopped up in the nose with a headache and my ears swishing with fluid. I have in the past used vibrations to help myself. My family knows well that I hum at certain tones when I am stressed. When I came across your music this morning, I thought to try. I thought it could surely help, I just wasn't sure how much. Five minutes into your youtube, my perennially stuffed-up right nostril and ear cleared. I am continuing as I write to deep-breathe and listen. Skeptics may call it what they will -- hocus locus, or placebo. I am a journalist with feet on the ground. I don't try things unless I believe in them with my head and my heart. I know vibrations to work. This is healing ENERGY. We are all made of energy. Sometimes the things we put in our lives, including stress, don't resonate with us. Over time, this poor resonance can bring ill health, and we will need to counter with the "right" vibrations bring us optimal health. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress the past few months, directly coinciding with the amount of time I've been sick. Because of some changes in my life, I am in the position of now alleviating that stress. Stress is what ails us. Healing energy is the elixir. Thank you thank you thank you.

I am absolutely amazed. I have now been struggling with sinus headache for 48 hours. Took so many different medicines, slept, took shower, drank coffee - nothing worked. I was desperate. 10 minutes into this and I can feel my headache easing up. It's not gone completely, but took the edge off. I never believed in it before, thank you.

I rarely post, but this really helped me. I’ve been suffering from a sinus headache all week. I’ve been using a nasal rinse and medications. I’m halfway done listening to this, and I can breathe through both my nasal passages. The pain isn’t complete gone, but it’s exponentially better.

Wow. Well as someone who has listened to ASMR for many years now to cure my sleep and relaxation issues- never once did I think anything like that could work on cold and flu symptoms. Thank you so much. 2016 is hours away and I got hit with a major flu/fever a few days ago , and it feels like it may be a long one. My boyfriend and friends are all celebrating a few rooms away while I'm stuck in bed not being able to mingle. This will be the first year in many years I won't get my New Years kiss :(. I have to admit I didn't think this would actually work. I have a severe flu and all the lovely amenities that go along with that from soar throat, headache to aches and pains. ive had sinus pressure and sinus headache for 3-4 days that crept on gradually. i listened to a different video from you tube and it did not help. i know some people like to get into the placebo affect...but i dont assume any video will work. i try it first and see. This one is phenomenal. first time in 4 days I am almost completely pain free and after only a few minutes of listening!! I feel great :) :) :)

The pharmaceutical companies aka.BigPharma, have induced,(through bribery, payoffs to support politician's personal or partisan projects, propaganda etc.,) our politicians, fellow citizens, and often ourselves, to support an entire multi-generational and unwinnable war against "drugs" which are in many cases not nearly as harmful as they make out if used properly, which is why they then turn around and sell synthetic versions of these, supposedly purely harmful and valueless, plants and herbs, right back to the public, and in much more potent and dangerous forms than the natural God-given stuff. And they've created entire industries dedicated to the imprisonment of our fellow citizens, in order to stifle any black market competition. Not to mention the wars they send our loved ones to fight in order to procure these God-given natural medicines. Then they'll advocate locking up the servicemen and women who fought those wars, when they seek relief from their suffering through street pharmaceuticals. They sell us this evil idea by demonizing our fellow and through the use of labels, where they train the public that only what THEY say is ok actually is, and the things THEY say are not ok, are most definitely harmful and should be shunned along with people who use them or hold views counter to their self-promoting narrative. And while I don't argue at all that, yes, many drugs can be harmful even in very minute quantities, it's hypocrisy to petition politicians the way BigPharma has in order to make these substances illegal, and turn around and make synthetic versions which can then be patented and sold at exorbitant prices to the most vulnerable among us, ie. those having health issues and/or suffering disease.

Do you mean it leads you to feel you can't breathe so it makes you panic? I am curious as I get both things but have never related to each other. Mine is more anxiety attacks and sinus. I know panick attacks must be scary. Bless you.

I've been suffering from Sinusitis for years now. Always going to the Doctor for infections and having to take antibiotics. But recently this past year. Been having headaches. In the first 15 minutes. It has eased up. Not gone so far. But a little better. I will try to keep it up. Still find it relaxing. :)

I don't know what it is about this one, but this is one of the only 'binaural/isochronic tones' videos that has ever done anything for my chronic sinusitis. I can literally feel the mucus in my sinuses/nose moving as I listen to it. Unfortunately the effects aren't permanent :( But the short-lived relief is definitely still appreciated.

I have Chronic Sinusitis too. And right now its really bad. Like I have a cold. This one does seem to be soothing. I wasn't sure at first with it. I notice when I do Meditation that helps clear me up. Maybe its because you are relaxed.

I have not been on the internet very much and I am way behind in checking out my YT subs. I found this one and I am so grateful. I have been experiencing severe, really severe allergy sinusitis attacks until I can't breath. There is itching in my eyes and roof of my mouth and other symptoms. It's been horrible. After hearing this for the hour I started sneezing really deep and a lot of the crud I was dealing with is gone washing dishes my ear went woosh and popped open. I did not believe in this thought it was crap but its not. I could feel the vibrations of the droning in my sinus

I had a sore throat and a super stuffy nose, it was hard to breath through my nose and breathing through my mouth at night makes my throat hurt more, so Kept in on while I went to bed and my nose was clear in the morning!

I was skeptical, but I tried it and it worked miracles on my headaches, sinuses and stress. This is now my fourth time using this, it's on my favorites list and i am very grateful.

Have some sort of swelling in my sinuses right around my left ear, I already took a decongestant but there's a chance it's not just mucus, so I figured I'd at least give something like this a try. And to my shock it's actually kinda working, especially when I mix humming with it, maybe not quite a miracle cure like I was hoping it'd be but it'll help in the long run

Must say, I was very skeptical if this was gonna help with my blocked up sinuses and cold. But the wavelength of the underlying isochronic wave gave an vibrantional “feel” in the body, and actually got me better, I have now a clear airflow through my nose when breathing. Also it worked fine without headphones for me. But I am generally also very sound sensitive. But skeptics, give it a try, it might not work for you, or it might. Also thank you, for this piece of wonder :)

i went to bed not being able to smell anything,a really sore throat. but i woke up and i smell my perfume again but still can breathe out of nose. I just have trouble smelling things sore throat,runny nose,itchy watery eyes,a cough. So i hope this continues to help me get better.

I don't know how this works but it really does. I was starting to feel awful when sinusitis symptoms began attacking me as does this time of year causing me to feel horribly stuffy and sick, but I needed to continue some work I was doing, so I figured what the heck I feel awful. Then I stumbled across this and started listening while working, I am feeling well enough after about 10 minutes to keep doing my work. Thank God, this is incredible! I don't get it, but all I know is suddenly I can breath again!

I've been listening for 50 minutes Around 10min in I started feeling pressure lift So I got up and started to do dishes and bathe my dog The pain is considerably less I feel in background But this is amazing I feel so much better I was not getting anything done before this I felt to ill Im sure cold is still there but it's fighting im going to keep listening It's amazing 👏

Can someone explain why this works? Ive been sick for the past week and came down with the flu two months ago too. It took so long to get better. I've tried so many methods to get better. But this really helped eased my sinus and headache. Goodness thankyou so much!
