Hi Karlie, love your Tutorial's ! I can watchthem all day and get nothing done lo. I,m new at embroidery and was wondering when purchasing essentials at $139 and want to upgrade to enthusiast at $169 will that cost me $ 30 dollars more for the upgrade or now I.m at $308?
No Essentials and Enthusiast are separate programs. Think of Enthusiast as an add on not an upgrade. Those are the prices you will pay whether you buy both now or buy Essentials now and Enthusiast later
Im beginner have the express. I think I ready to make the jump to essentials. My question is .. will I be able to keep all the downloaded fonts I have installed in the express and how do I move them? Thank You
I would think so. I have a Janome 550e. It uses .jef files for embroidery, and in Embrilliance you can save as a .jef file. There are also many other formats.
Just go to File on the top left of your screen and click save stitch file as, then select the place where you want the file to save on your USB stick and name it, and make sure the format you’re saving it as matches your machine. Such as if you have a brother, the format should be .PES
After saving my design from embrilliance on a usb in my pes format it doesn’t transfer to my brother 820 so I can sew the design. What am I doing wrong? I’ve saved it over and over
While the design is in embrilliance, make sure that the overall size is not too big for the largest hoop on your embroidery machine. Also, I recommend that you use a small USB drive something that is less than 32 GB.

I was just saying yesterday that someone from corporate needs to visit the stores. They’re dirty, depressing, and not customer friendly. The staff looks like their souls have been sucked away.
