The guy was very polite and humble. The way he looks at her, his thank you, his permissions for literally everything, the way he takes stand for her. He felt alone when she went to the village, he called her without any reason, she asked "kuch kaam tha" and he said "nhi", my god seriously the film was so good. The way he kissed her, gosh it was so pure. This kind of love is really RARE.
In recent term he's the greenest Flag ever ❤his decency, politeness, humbleness, the way he say sorry & thank you his way of talking goshhhh... pure bliss to my eyes i need part 2❤
The lady is also calm decent simple responsible and dutybound. 😀 The man did the right thing by choosing her. She and ladies of similar types are the best quality wife materials.
Aaaaaaa this movie😭 its just feels like reading elegant beautiful romantic novel..... Ashwin really got touched by her brave self, not giving up nature, trustworthiness and thing that she didn't leave once his lover left after cheating on him just because what society will think of a maid living alone with a man....thats what is he fell for....his feelings were pure not a bit malignant....it was 'the forehead kiss' as his touch to her that shows assurance love protection and care.... Ratna on the other hand loved him too, brave tough Ratna became vulnerable to him as she had feelings and respect for him how he appreciated her encouraged her when everyone around showed her low eye...but ofcourse for a average maid how cruel society could be for having a relationship with a man for whom she works who belongs to high society status...thats what made her to keep herself not being with him... Yhis movie is so poetic and ❤️
May be 10 years later: she becomes a successful fashion designer and he returns to india. And somehow someday they meet again and they realise all these years they were incomplete without each other and now there was no such boundaries like before and now they are free to acknowledge their love to the whole world. (Just a thought)
Both of them know...how to respect each other .. that's the most beautiful thing between them.......I wanted to watch more and more......last m woh "Ashwin"was romantic for me...but m aur dekhna chahti thi😢

I just finished watching this movie after an Instagram real.. he saying ' thank you' for every little thing, how he felt home alone when she went to her village, last me phone call pe ' Ashwin' bulana instead of 'Sir'... too many touching moments.. no songs, no major music.. still it reaches our soul 💞
Ye open ending hai isme ye nhi bataya ki wo satv me hai ya nhi to ab audiance kuch bhi soch skti hai Ki shayad wo sath me ho but ashivin NY chala gya to ab wo nhi aayega kyuki use bhi pta sirf ek accha kaam krne se sb kuch sahi nhi ho jata. So there are endless possibilities
I never like to comment on any movie or any video but..😢 i am getting carried away by watching this movie... What a acting far better than now days Bollywood movies...and that last word aswin❤ melt my heart.. and started thinking about their future life😂
One of my favourite Movie ever. who thinks that there should be part 2 Story continuing after that Call Ashwin is coming back to India for Ratna and they both face their Family and Society together Living much deserved life together. And getting a successful Writer and Fashion designer Since 4years i have been thinking of this story i wish the writer could give a thought to it and Both the actors make something magical
movies with open endings have my heart like this movie "sir", "the lunchbox" and "the photograph" where the watcher becomes the writer in the end and can imagine the ending by themselves....i hope they find some way...🥺

I'm totally get moved with this movie. sometime we give importance to other things rather the one we feel about. But in ratna's situation, i found out that she's really a mentally strong and reliable woman. She handle this emontional bond very well. I hope in future they meet eachother and live a life as they wish.
guys this is an open ended masterpiece in which director made the movie without any climax and leaves the end open to the audience , may be that last word Ashwin dictates something positive end, and one more thing newyork itna bhi door nhi h bombay se 😍

I liked what his friend advised him. That was the most practical thing to say. My husband's friend married their maid. Even after 30 yrs, there is an awkwardness whenever he comes for a get together with his wife
