The latest Armed Forces Covenant signatory, Sir Boyd Tunnock, spoke to Lowland RFCA ahead of his knighthood at Buckingham Palace.
The teacake tycoon - Chairman of the Uddingston biscuit business behind famous products including Caramel Wafers, Caramel Logs and Snowballs - signed the Covenant during a visit to the Royal Navy’s Faslane submarine base.
Sir Boyd was speaking at Edinburgh Castle during Lowland RFCA's Silver Employee Recognition Scheme Award Ceremony on 14 November 2019.
