Dear Sir Cliff I appreciate you that you are a very well discipline person, you said that you are eating well (remember : balanced diet, bowel open daily, ha ha........)and you have moderate amount of exercise, it is a very good practice, KEEP ON doing that, ha ha............ Also, you said that you feel boring with several friends just for laughing regularly. I have the same thought with you, in addition, it is a waste of time！I rather read a good book. Of course, we do that just for leisure and keep friendship occasionally is OK. Actually, you are a very very .......... professional in your work, we should learn from you❗❗....................
You dont seem to understand him at all - he said exercises on his own are bring , he prefer to do that with a few friends tohave a laugh ( means to enjoy )
