At first this Secretary says Special Branch were with Heath 24/7 home and abroad, and then he goes on to say that when he went over seas, Special Branch was taken away from him,, so quit a change of comment in such a short space of time
Was this Private Secretary with Heath every minute of every day in the four years he worked for Heath and if so then tell us about the boys that Savile gave to Heath on his boat on Jersey
@Shelly seymore I think he clearly states what he knows in his word selection. When people repetitively state a period of time, this one being a period of 4 years, 0:13, 0:32, 1:31, 4:08, it generally means they are being truthful, or very close to, but this also emphasises something hidden. Perhaps just knowledge of what he did before and/or after that period of time. Another interesting point is: 2:05 Is he implying that forensic evidence and people's memories are not as reliable back then? Why not just state that there wouldn't be any evidence, because he didn't do it? Also, it really wouldn't be so hard to have an adjoining room in a hotel, many hotels have whole floors with twin doors ( two separate doors facing each other allowing access to the next room if they also unlock their side). For sure, one side would be his protection detail, and there would probably be a stagging on detail in the hall, but what about the room on the other side of his? I'd be checking hotel logs of these types of dates and crossreferencing any booking with adjoining rooms with names of the accusers...
Heath was partial to Moroccan boys, same as Joe Orton and the rest. Everyone knew about it at the time. It only started to get covered-up when it ceased to be publically 'acceptable'.
Most men in their 80's have either lost their libido or have a highly diminished one so this man's comments are misleading, to say the least. Now if he'd have been his private secretary during the 1970's, well that would be an entirely different matter.
