Siskel and Ebert Movies So Bad They're Good

These guys were 50 for 30 years lol

Siskel & Ebert had at least one episode devoted to guilty pleasures, but some of these they would still take a pass on even if they enjoyed a certain aspect of them. I remember Ebert considered “Basic Instinct 2” to be a so-bad-it’s-good film, but I don’t think they used that phrase often.

Pirahana is a legitimately good movie.

Infra-man is thoroughly enjoyable. I watched it because of this review years ago. So much fun!

I've read that Sheena was an "inspiration" for many young girls in the 1980s who didn't have many female screen idols.

Funny that today most Western audiences would probably immediately clock Infra-Man as a tokusatsu thanks to Power Rangers (even if they wouldn't know to describe it in those terms)

Ebert must've really loved Power Rangers.

Spot looks... rather excited during the Piranha review. Hmm.

My brothers and I never missed this show... good times!

One that comes to mind for me is Giant Gila Monster, terrible but I love it. Same with The Thing With Two Heads.

Red Sonja, Sheena, Rapa Nui, Over the Top, Wild America, Piranha, The Bod Squad and Infra Man.

Man, if I were in a movie theater for that first one I’d get kicked out for laughing too loud. That is just plain ludicrous!

My Dad took me to see InfraMan,Piranha and Red Sonja.

Over the Top is amazing and Wild America is a pretty decent kids movie.

I've seen 5 of these movies, so I am obviously am a masochist because I liked all but 1 of them. 😂

Red Sonja is just….bad.

The title of this video is certainly a “misnomer.”

Were the faces of the actors blurred to protect their identity or is this just a very low res video?
