We looked this up after hearing “The Siskin”” waltz by Joseph Strauss on PBS’ Vienna New Year’s concert. Beautiful little birds.

We have a couple of hundred or so siskins arrived a few days ago in woodland behind us and the sounds are truly mesmerising and calming. They then all settle down into an evergreen tree before going to sleep for the night!

the girl I love her name is Siskin, and she has a beatifull voice, so I wanted to hear a siskin singing, I prefer her songs
