Wow, definitely don’t agree. Yes, there is rampant drug use in the tech world, and both Momehni’s sister and Bob were apart of that scene. Bob decided to clean up his act and moved to Florida, he was also married with children, but if I understand correctly they divorced. He came out for a quick trip, which clearly was a big mistake since he got together with one of the main reasons he left, and that was Momehni’s sister who was clearly still involved in the drug scene. The question is how did Momehni know Bob was in town, much less visiting his sister. Bob’s reputation as a boss, as a business person, as a human being was filled with accolades, all that knew him said he was the nicest guy, genuinely cared about others, was the best guy to work with. So maybe we should rethink just because there were drugs involved that he would have ever abused anyone.

Bob was separated from his wife bc of his cheating habits, he was addicted to underground s*x parties and had invited Khazar, a married woman to these parties which she had declined. Oh and Nima, wasn't doing drugs, he wasn't even with em that day until he goes to the sister's house very late at night. And based on Bob lee's best friend testimony, Bob had done bowel of drugs and nitrogen gas, plus it was Bob who grabs the knife with himself from Khazar's house before he meets Nima. I think he was high and very annoyed with Nima for checking on his sister , and being in the middle of what Bob and the other friend of Bob had in mind for that night, so he decided to get rid of Nima, but Nima wasn't high and was able to overpower Bob.

It's not my argument to agree or disagree, but i normally see ppl wanting justice and truth to take place instead of blaming someone who was just defending himself, unless those ppl have some sorta personal issue with the guy and they just wanna see him get the harshest punishment regardless of the truth , (I've seen some sick ppl like that... like Pam Hubbs). But ppl like me have no dog in the race, just stating the evidence and the facts that was presented in the court without any objections from the prosecutor towards any of it, (based on ur writing i thought ud wanna know the facts over the gossip). At the end they tried to make it look as if Nima was too protective as a motive, but it just made em look desperate, especially when everyone got to watch Nima in the elevator so calm just going w the flow trying to make conversation not knowing Bob has brought a knife with himself...(?), yeah... and bob fidgeting around like an addict that wants to do something but u can't tell what (?) was a bad look for the D.A's case, and still w all that happening if the guy is guilty i trust in our justice system. i know justice will be served and that's what really matters here.
