Hi Dave, I don't know for sure but my guess on that little blue vinratory is that it is a small top and bottom polisher for slabs. I would guess you can polish both sides of one slab.

Wow learned a lot about the machines thank you. Still building mine. Welding up/ adding a tension pulley for the belt using replaced idler pully from my truck.🤣

You might want to weigh that saw weight so you can duplicate it.(??) Pc of RR track would probably work awesome. Some old timer took the time, had the knowledge.
