Sister - Short Horror Film 

When I heard the car engine start before the scene even changed, I was like: "RIGHT. Smart! Finally, a horror movie character who has seen a single horror movie before."

I'm going to need him to pay his sister a visit so she can meet their new sibling lmao I can't believe she took off without calling him! She could have at least warned him not to go!

very nicely done. The only criticisms I could have are down to technical limitations. The script is again spot on, and the dialogue shines. The timing was great, and the shower scene was an almost perfect blend of jump-scare and mounting tension for the protagonist. *Very* nicely edited. I really felt it. Btw..whoever designed that mask did a bloody good job - it's great for long to medium shots - creepy as hell! But the acting from Kylie..? - wow. She's really coming along, and is deffo showing a lot of talent. A *lot* of talent. Your directing of her really played to her strengths, and I envision a good acting future for her if she continues her trend. You two certainly make a good team. If I had anything to suggest re the acting, it would be to propose that she plonks herself down in front of a mirror to build on her natural ability by 'acting to camera' until she feels more sure of herself and her skills,. When you get your hands on some expensive equipment and a decent crew, you'll be unstoppable. Until then pls keep cutting your teeth on all the filming you can do. The progression is unmistakeable, especially re the cinematography.

On the adoption papers... isn't that a screen shot of Samara sitting in the observation room in the hospital during that tape of her interview in The Ring? And... is that a Momo mask?

I'm sorry but why the hell didn't she ring her brother from a cafe/diner/gas station to warn him not to go to the house? The ending was bad, that mask looked terrible. I do like the idea but it's not done very well.

I REALLY wish there were subtitles in English or closed captioning....its tough to hear the young woman's dialogue.

First horror I’ve actually watched, and instead of hiding under a doona, or somewhere even more ridiculous... she did the bolt, straight out of there, engine on, and pi**ed off. Touché👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Would have been nice to give her brother the heads up though🤷🏻‍♀️ I just assumed she’d driven to his house, and they’d go back together in the morning. Well?! Wasn’t I way off!! So, will there be a follow up, to see where the sister took off to?🤷🏻‍♀️and if the brother is still awaiting that door to be reopened? Surely there’d be someway to open it from inside? I am all for seeing people pursue their dream(s). But there’s acting 🎭 and then there is overacting. The latter, had a "don't give up your day job(s)", kinda feel to it.

My headcanon is that, after the brother gets his heart beating again, he and adopted Sis talk and he winds up welcoming her to the family.

Why didn’t she call her brother once she took off? Well at least she had the sense to leave, which is more than I can say for most of the characters in horror flicks!,........Not a bad short but if the adoptive daughter was made to look a little more realistic, the movie would have been scarier.
