Wow 6 months already. Looking good. I only wash my hair when I get a retie as well. You should still braid lady with the banded. I believe my hair started slipping and was part of my bunching. Just a suggestion. I can see its hella growing. Yaaasss!

Hey Lexia, please don't think I'm a creep, because I promise I am not, but can you do an underarm video? My underarms looks like I wash them with motor oil. Should I wax? Switch to natural deodorant? Exfoliate? I want to look like an underarm model as well. 😂😂
I’m so tickled at this! 😂 I don’t do anything special, I use regular dove deodorant, normally I shave with a razor about once a month, I have had them sugar waxed before, that’s great for exfoliation , my body hair is very thin and doesn’t grow much... that’s all I got sis, not enough for a full video 😀
I know I’m late but I am watching all types of loc videos as I just loced mine but I wanted to suggest my regiment to you if you still have dark underarms and want to lighten them. I wax mine, I do it myself with hard wax. I also use the Glycolic Acid Toning Solution from “The Ordinary” brand everyday before applying deodorant. The glycolic acid helps to exfoliate and remove bacteria from your underarms. I wear deodorant of choice cause tbh even the natural deodorants can be more harmful if they have baking soda in them (the burns and darkens your underarms).
I only shampoo once every 5-6 weeks, I want the deepest cleanse possibly. I don’t mind my hair being stripped of oils. My hair isn’t naturally dry and usually recovers within the 24 hours.
