Natacha Unelus hi! No my hair was dry and then after putting in the setters I used a bottle to spritz it a bit ( but not soaking wet) and I don’t use any conditioners or leave in conditioners. That’s not recommended for your sisterlocks because it leads to build up. If you just spritz your hair with some rose water mixed with essential oils your locs will be ok, conditioner leads to build up which is very difficult to get rid of.
