I found these ladies singing this song over 12 years ago. I would listen to it when I was taking care of my mother who had dementia while raising my 3 children, then through my precious brothers suicide. The words are so true. I still listen today for encouragement. 🙏
My husband tried to kill me . I had went through abuse for 24yrs. My sister and my brother n law let me stay with them until I was able to get on my feet. It's truly amazing how the Lord puts a particular song right in front of you when you really needed to hear directly from Him. He just did it for me again. I have heard you ladies sing this song many times and it's truly beautiful but God really made me LISTEN to it this time. Yes, there is something going with my kids and He just made me realize, again, that He has this and for me not to worry. Thank you for this song and for doing such a wonderful job singing it. I want to thank you for singing at my daughters (Rachel Conner) husband Phillip Conner's funeral on May 1st. This song truly has become “my song!” Having had lightheadedness, dizziness, blackouts, and even falling… led me to falling and breaking my ankle in 3 places. As a result of the broken ankle, a cardiologist found I have a genetic heart disease (my dad has this disease also). After many many months of tests, doctors prescribing more and even less medicine, and telling me my heart was structurally normal, my cardiologist diagnosed me as having a heart disease…truly breaking my ankle was a blessing…even though the pain is there, I have an answer. I’m thanking the Lord for this cardiologist (wasn’t even one I was seeing), and thanking Him for this song of encouragement…my song!!! I am so bless with this song. I listen to it over and over and be bless again and again. The message of the song and the harmony has an annointing that penetrates deep inside the core of my heart and it draws me closer to God. I am encourage to go on despite of all the difficult challenges of life that we face everyday. I liken this song to a charge in the battle front to charge on. Oh...my...goodness! What an inspirational song! No matter what I may be going through, or how hard I think things are, this song reminds me of His promise that "I'm gonna make it". This is one of those songs that makes you want to get up on your feet and shout praises of thanks to God for His promise that we are going to make it through. Amazing singers too. They harmonize so well. I'll never tire of listening to them sing.
