Played the course a number of times with a member. By far my favourite course. Played it three days after the Scottish Open once and it was incredible 🙂

Hi Rick, I've played golf since I was 12 on and off and haven't played properly in 2 years. I am currently seventeen years old and think I can do well in the game. I'm currently not certain on my handicap but it's approximately 18. I aspire to become a pro and teach people. My question to you is.. Have I left it to late? If not , how should I go about getting to a pro level? Thanks.

never too late. i started playing at 14 and was off 3 in 2 years due to an obsession. my advice is to practice loads and keep working on ur swing and watching others. its a tough sport but u will make what u want out of it. good luck 👍

+Johnny Fallows Thanks, I have a good swing but it needs a lot of fine tuning.. Going to join a club and practice 5 times a week whilst going gym 4 times a week.

+RobboGamer follow your dream. work hard. be prepared for knock backs as its a tough sport. watch plenty of swing anaylsis videos and work on your swing. as gok won would say its all about the practice 😂

Never actually been there but I've driven passed it. Did you check out St Andrews while you were here? I go to St Andrews a lot and I pretty much no The Old Course like a member even though I've never played it just walked it a lot of times.

It's not that expensive. Between Oct and Mar you can book to play any 3 st Andrews courses for £160

That course is a bitch too, never broke 80 round there. Don't miss the midges! How did you guys score? Tees looked up on the 18th, shame there's no tournament there anymore.
