ये जगह बहुत अच्छी है और इन्वेस्टमेंट के लिए सबसे अच्छा है अब तो highway भी आ गया यहाँ पर. और द्वारका से 10 मिनट का रास्ता है

Keshav ji, I just watched your video. I want to know your suggest on DDA First come First serve scheme which started today on 10/07/2023 ? Is it worth paying around 1.35cr for 2 BHK that too on remote areas of delhi ? can you suggest better or reasonable scheme by dda or other govt body?

The price of 2BHK (Dwarka-19B) in the scheme is almost similar to the market price, Location is good but there is a big drain You can buy in other sectors of Dwarka if you want to buy for self use If the purpose is investment then you can buy mini LIG in sector 23B Dwarka or you can apply in affordable housing scheme in Gurgaon

Already got allottment yesterday in B-2, lok nayaka puram. If I had seen your video before submitting my application I would have gone for a second thought. And can u tell how old is B2 flats there?
