Good work fellas. It might pay to pull the cover off the injector pump and check the fuel rack isn't stuck, it's not uncommon on inline pumps. She might be stuck at full fuel!
Yes, we agree. I think the governor shaft may pass through the pump housing, and the rack may be stuck shut, as we are not getting any fuel to the injectors.
