We need to make more drainage system to capture more precipitation for agriculture. Now Jamaica especially Kingston and Andrew we have major problems with flooding and to sort That we have to get the necessary bodies at work to create multiple drainage systems to capture that water for agricultural consumption meaning that the water will also go through the necessary processes to make it approved for agriculture. Too much loose water on the Jamaican roads. Our island of Jamaica should not have challenges with water when this season of drought comes around. It looks embarrassing.

Volume is next to none. Improve it.
