There are Pali and Prakrit languages which have become extinct and Lord Vishnu has not taken the reincarnation to restore them so far. When Shiva came and walked on Tamil Nadu blessing the people and the land making it one of the fertile lands the language Pali was spoken by Tamilians and Prakrit was spoken by Bengalis earlier. Only Sanskrit exists and is on the verge of extinction.

2:06 This part just hits me hard every time!!! Man such an iconic shot too... this just radiates like some pure energy through the body... this song is just iconic in my opinion.
Telugu language has got similiarity with Sanskrit ...Listening to this language gives a soothing effect to ear&mind, PRIDE & GOOSEBUMPS.....thnku very much Indian Telugu industry for giving us such a masterpiece....
Not only Teleugu, even Kannada and Malayalam has more sanskrit reason could be all the Languages are old (1.5k - 2k years old) when Sanskrit was still dominant in India as well as South-East Asia.
@@Userqpq8 Ya but it is tough to watch Balakrishna’s face, tough to hear his voice, tough to just bear his screen presence. Id rather watch some old cult cult classics than watch balakrishna. Sorry man.
India is not a Hindu country. It is a country that has all the major religions. This is what makes it so special and diverse from other countries. You can’t take away the most special thing about India by “saving Indian culture”.
@@bananajin4169 majority are Hindus .that is why other religions are living peacefully and secularism comes to picture ..other wise it would have a Christian or Muslim country ..not a secular country .

Telugu language is great. Telugu is one of the south Indian language. Im blessed for being Telugite. Hats off to Telugu directors for making such great films
One of the beautiful songs written in the history of Hinduism. Whatever the words you hear in sanskrit is a song written by the great guru sankaracharya himself praying god shiva and asking to love him every second. It's good that music composers used it here . It's a good song but it's has been truncated for movie purposes . Do listen to this song if u get the full sanskrit version .
I recently heard the shloka somewhere..maybe in ramayana or Mahabharata..Vishnu puran or Shri krishna 's intro song and I recognized it from bahubali. And that's how I found out it was an actual mantra.
Atleast do some research before commenting... It's composed by ravana. And stop bringing religion into everything. This is a good movie to enjoy, not spoil by bringing religious controversies.
For information of all: Once frustrated Ravana, the demon king, could not get Lord Shiva's Darshan (interview). He didn't appear even after his praying. So, Ravana gets angry and decides to lift Kailash mountain along with Siva to his place. With anger and high devotion, emotional Ravana made prayer praising Shiva in Sanskrit. In the above song, partly it was picked up from that Stotra, and the rest is written in Telugu. Even after several decades of hearing this Stotra, I get tears in eyes even now.
@@rowdyboy-ju5rlnorth like rowdy attitude that's why it's bigger hit in Bollywood but Telugu it's called over action we have them in the past so many movies
Amazing film...the music and the visual makes this possibly the BEST piece of film I have ever seen.very intense emotional experience. A work of cinematic genius.
sugam goel it will never until u fools stop watching khans films especially salman movies he supprts pak,he took innocent lives,he involved in hunting, and its bcoz of u people he is getting bail and making movies...at least now plz stop watching anti-nation supporter movies...
deep respect for telugu people from jammu ...........you have preserved real sanatana dharma culture .........bollywood cant even think of making this now because they are anti hindu ..........telugu is a brilliant language and it should be promoted , sanskrit and telugu are very good language
@@AB-yp7nc What the heck is this anology?😂 How come a language from one language family like Sanskrit became grandmother of Telugu from an entirely different language family? Linguistics & language genes don't agree with your fairy tale statements. How come a classical language become grandmother of another classical language?😂
@@freddiemercurybulsara3876 Yup. It's Indian culture. But we are now following western culture, which has no similarities with our culture. On the other hand, the Eastern culture, like in China, Japan and Korea, has more similarity to our culture. We should look at them than Europian culture.
the most favorite song of with its lyrics so nice that I won't get bored even if I listen to it a hundred times and even the tune is so well composed I love this song 😘
I am also Hindu from Andrea Pradesh. And I love watching these movies and listening to the music and telugu songs. I also like watching Ramayanam and Mahabartam.
But North Indian tv shows are more in doing Mythological series Like, Siya ki ram Mahabharat Radha Krishna Jag jannani maa vyshnao devi Devo ka dev Mahadev
With lots of love from Kerala. This shooting was done from Kerala,,, Athirapally falls... I love this song very much... The most fascinating film that i have ever seen..... ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Baahubali 2 will be my most favorite movie till my last breath.. & prabhas will be my favorite actor till my last breath... Seasons may change but my love for baahubali series will remain forever.... Thank you rajamouli sir & prabhas -fan from Maharashtra
I love the way you express feelings for a movie. I agree with you. This movie has been a defining moment in the Indian film industry. The costumes, the lyrics, the story, acting, direction, music has been so great. I believe that all the artists including director S S Rajmouli has put heart and soul into making this movie. When someone puts sincere efforts, it touches everyone of us as audience. This movie has touched everyone in a positive way. I do not understand Telegu, but I loved the original songs. I watched Baahubali 2 in Hindi first to understand the movie. After that I only watched it in Telegu language. This movie is great in every sense. Clean, no vulgarityI listen to the Baahubali songs almost every day. I wish they make such movies once in two years. This movie and the songs has generated so much good feelings within me always. Many songs have sanskrit lyrics. Dheevra has stotra from Sundar Kanda, Ramayana. This song has SHiva Stotram again from Ramayana. Thanks for sharing the comments.
Raghavendra S Rao I also listen to the songs almost everyday... The songs and the background music is evergreen it never gets old... I don't understand Telugu but I always listens Telugu songs... ..Rajamouli sir is India's best director... And prabhas have you watched his interviews?? He is a simple, humble and down to earth guy even after the mammoth success of baahubali...in Baahubali 2 there is no any item song, double meaning dialogues, intimate scenes, pure Indian culture...... In baahubali 1 there was a item song but that songs don't look cheap or vulgar... That was different from other item songs... Kudos to the choreographers ..basically I don't like item songs in movies but manohari is my favorite...... In both baahubali parts I just loved baahubalis connection with his mother... Mahendra baahubali & amarendra both were raised by not there biological mother... But they loved there mother very much.. In first part he lifts huge shivling for his mother & second part amarendra carries that huge chariot of lord Ganesha to complete shivgamis vrat of rakshas dahan... Part one started with darshan of lord Shiva & part two started with darshan of Ganesha... In movie there is Krishna pooja also & I like that scene when devasena rejects the marriage proposal from bhallaldev.. Her character is very strong... She takes decision of her marriage by herself & Jay jaykara song is my most favorite.... In that song prabhas looks like lord shriram who leaves his kingdom... And that music of shehnai at the end of song makes emotional.... Prabhas looks royal like a real king... He have royalty in his blood... Nobody can replace him for baahubalis role
I totally agree with your response mentioned above. I have the same feelings. The very first word uttered in the beginning of Baahubali 1 was "Parameshwara". They have a strong liking for Lord Shiva. I have noticed that they have shown all the Hindi Gods in positive environment. Lord Shiva fulfills the desires. Lord Ganesha removes the obstacles. Even telegu songs had sanskrit shlokas from Ramayana. I have never seen a movie like this before. Everything was royal about Prabhas and the role he played as a king. Director presented him so well. I saw his interviews and I agree Prabhas is humble person. SS Rajamouli is also very humble. I wish we could see such movies often about our beautiful hindu culture.
Raghavendra S Rao all the female characters are very strong in this movie... Like other movies female characters are not just eye candy... They are as strong as the male characters my nephew is 5 years old.. He wants to watch baahubali 3.. Baahubali is his favorite... N he says he wants baahubali 3,4,5 Whenever he watches prabhas in any other movie he says baahubali uncle... Baahubali uncle... On his 5th birthday we ordered a baahubali cake specially for him.. Amarendra baahubalis photo was printed on that cake
Shanaya Sweet sryy babe .... Ur opinion may change.. why because rajamouli is coming with mahabharatam 4 parts.... 😊😊... Love from Telugu.... In future tollywood going to rule Bollywood ... Mahabharatam an epic movie will be done... Get ready guyzz..
