If you have an spiker A+ that's exactly 180 cm tall, you can change his name to Siwoo and his image will appear on the background so for the rest you just need to give him the same hair and uniform and it'll be like you have a more powerful Siwoo but only works with 180 cm tall players

It's random, the only way to get the character cards it's to be lucky enough or have a lot of volleyballs so you can roll the card until you get them or if in the Colosseum you select the Yellow to have a match against a stronger team you have a high chance to get stronger cards
He's just using some of the strongest cards on the Colosseum so Siwoo can have boom jump and a powerful spike so it just looks like the one you see on the last level of Road to Pro but it's not the same thing
