@@peturgullak4527 Turkey has just been devastated with two large earthquakes, there is an active fault line going towards Armenia, then the other way out in to the Mediterranean Sea. Check out the RU-vid channel (dutichsine)
@@bootmender Turkey hasn't been devastated. Only a few cities in Central Turkey have. Though I agree with your point that Armenia and Georgia are in seismic active areas and one should choose property there very carefully. Just 35 years ago an earthquake completely ruined the city of Spitak in Armenia.
not wrong, Liechtenstein is looking for setting a mandatory seismic risk insurance to all its residents. But i have not heard of that for other countries in this list
Here in Russia we pay 0.1% of cadastre value tax for houses and apartments and 0.3% for land. I pay about $80-$100 per year for an apartment, a small 100 sq.m. house and a 1850 sq.m. land plot.
@@in5minutes556 He is talking about Romenia, not Romania. Romenia is a country that only exists in Renato SuReaL's alternate reality, a.k.a "the parallel universe."
@@pinetworkminer8377 ha ha 😂 AFAIK Romenia is Portuguese for Romania and based on his name I assume Renato is a Portuguese speaker… a bit weird to use it when writing in English
@@pinetworkminer8377 vorbim romanesc ? Don;t be silly ... ROMANIA, ROMENIA, ROMÂNIA... all the same. The bottom line continues the same: virtually NO taxes.
Cyprus is a very safe country. Yes it has a frozen conflict that's 60 years old... its a bit like North & South Korea, but much quieter. Very little impact on day to day life.
Haven't seen any significant concerns with Cyprus. It could be in the top 5 places in the world for nomads & expats. There's no need to keep money in local banks. The non-dom tax regime for expats gives significant tax advantages... close to 0% tax on overseas source income & dividends. You are only required to stay 60 days of the year, while most other countries want 183+ days.
France is moving towards that step by step, in 2025 when a home buyer buys they will only own the walls not the land it is on. Taxes increase on real estate every year
This already happened a long time ago. If you have to pay to live at "your" house then the house is not yours. If you don't have to pay, but someone can decide you have to start paying to live at "your" house at any time then the house is still not yours.
Taxes only started so we can all take responsibility for, sewage systems, clean water filter, dames, Bridges, Road Repair and Tree upkeep, from falling on electrical lines. Right?
You’re right, that’s how it always starts. Fast forward a few decades, and 10% of the ever rising tax take is sufficient to pay for all the services, leaving the other 90% we paid available to be wasted and stolen by government, thus leaving everyone poorer.
You’ll end up paying a lot of tax through any instrument or economic ailments anywhere. You don’t pay property tax there but I bet they have other taxes that are higher than other countries. At the end only the working class suffers anywhere.
You can still opt out and just tend to your land. As long as you aren't forced in to some country's fiat you can side step a lot of the slavery if not all of it.
