OMG the revolutions is still there? And I remember when Superman was new. I haven't been to Six Flags in 25 years, I live in Texas now, but it's great seeing the old place and all of the new stuff they put in. I have never in my live seen no lines, incredible.
Carter Brager unfortunately that’s due to the whole ninja incident a few years back. I wish the area had more trees, Jet Stream is a very different experience without them
Calvin Stewart Jet Stream and Ninja is a BAD experience without those trees......still pissed that they cut them down, THAT'S what made those rides very enjoyable!!
My favorite rides are (top 3 are not in order cause I can’t choose) Twisted Colossus (I’m an airtime fanatic) Tatsu (Love the view you get of the park and the pretzel loop) X2 (Love how some loops turn into drops. And you go forwards and on certain parts backwards. The disorientation is amazing!!) Crazanity Goliath Scream Batman Full Throttle Lex Luthor (Drop of Doom) Apocalypse Revolution Ninja Gold Rusher Viper (rode it once) Riddler’s Revenge (My least favorite, hurt my... yeah, and gave me a leg cramp.)
You were there just a couple of weeks before the joint closed down. California STILL wont let it reopen! You chose a great time to go; weekday when school is in. I'd just suggest you do it in April or May when it's considerably warmer, though.
Great Video, perfect reviews of everything at SFMM, This is my home park and Ive been going here for the past 20 years and everything you've said is spot on 👍
I used to love x2 but i feel like six flags doesn’t keep up with it for being the flagship ride of the park. It needs a paint job, it needs to be redone and smoothed out because it’s rough as hell now, and the soundtrack works only sometimes. It really is an amazing ride, but it belongs in a cedar flags park where they would take better care of it.
I miss the Hymaliyan ride. I am Sorry they got rid of it. It was there since the park opened. They also got rid of the Swiss Twist, Reactor and Spin Out. All flat rides in what is now DC but used to be called Back Alley area of the park,
Wow that's crazy while i was watching your video i thought to myself magic mountain should get a 400 foot star flyer and 10 seconds later you said the same thing haha
A park I want to go to because Goliath is there! I live 4 hrs from Over Texas where it's cousin (or sibling even) is at. I prefer Goliath's layout over Titan. Minus that there are other awesome rides there!
X-2, Twisted Colossus, Superman, Lex Drop, are the rides I like! They have a good selection ! They need to develop the Sumitt Area and possibly redevelop the kids area and create an adult thrill rides park instead in that area!
@@IntheLoopPodcast I just have been in three Six Flags: Over Texas, Fiesta and Magic Mountain. Magic Mountain is my favorite. I would have to go to Great Adventure.
SCREAM I think the reason alot of people don't really like it is because is just built on the parking lot, there's nothing around it like grass,or rocks or some kind of theme, but is just mlm like the one at Cedar Point or them other parks,I think is the same lay out.
Lex Luthor's Drop of Doom is the best! I tell you what, it was the anticipation that was the scariest thing about it. Once you're dropping, it's not that bad IMO
My guess is for 2021 they'll get a Starflyer named, you guessed it, Green Lantern First Flight. Oh, and it'll be 400 ft, making it the world's tallest (tied with two others).
You'll like it. Just a tip: For X2, if you want a great ride experience, sit in the very back row(which is actually the first row entering the loading station), inside seat, stair side(which will take you under the station to the stairs, opposite the ramp side). Twisted Colossus is awesome, that's automatic!
I’m confused because on the app it said that Superman wasn’t open last week but then I found this video and Superman was open so like what? Is the app like not updating or something because I was supposed to go last week and go on Superman but it said it wasn’t open so I just decided not to go and then this vid was from a week ago so that pissed me off, does it open and close like once a week or month?
Thumbs up for also agreeing Lex Luthor is scaring as shit! Lmao man does it give me anxiety, I skipped it for a whole year while I had a season pass a couple years ago. Everything else I'm riding over and over again.
+Ehhrik The park is best during the week. All rides are walk ons. It’s fantastic. Weekends can get quite busy with very long waits. Flash Passes are not necessary on weekdays, but can be very useful on weekends when it’s more crowded.
Doubt this will happen since it’s Six Flags, but I would love it if SFMM put in a B&M Giga over near The Undergound area. Theres a lot of empty land over that area that SF could buy.
A Really Sad Lonely Black Guy Just Wants To Eat Some Fried Chicken Won't happen...plus Six Flags can't afford to purchase that land outside of it's current borders....which coincidentally is under development of a new housing community.
I love this video and all, but the trains of Superman escape from Krypton o NOT go 400' high: the track does. The back seat of the train goes to about 333' at the most Also, for X2: I rode it 4 times, each time in the back two times in the inner far (left backwards it seems like right) and not the other side both inside and outside: and I found out that there is a potential danger in hurting one's calfs if one doesn't keep their legs extended, as one's calfs is endangered of being painfully slapped against the seat. Keep your legs straight and you oughta be ok. OK? Then comes my fears: being stuck or a coaster or being vomited on by another guest.
I love this park so much! It's my second favorite overall behind Cedar Point, and I visit here almost every year. The food is much better here than any other Six Flags park, but you have to know what to get (tacos, BBQ, wings, Chinese, and fish). The waterpark is amazing, check out my review in the link in the description!
I felt insulted, I I for one will always be a true fan of viper. Been riding since at least 98 I dont want to let go of my childhood with that! Plus it's running so smooth and that was 2018 last time I went cant imagine it's that bad.
$13 beers?! No thanks. Good video, but someone needs to break it to him that Molly doesn't like roller coasters very much. I'm still annoyed that Magic Mountain destroyed their well-themed Mooseburger Lodge restaurant for something uglier & far less interesting. That written, I'm looking forward to returning to this park for Lex Luthor, West Coast Racers, Twister Colossus, & Justice League Battle for Metropolis.
