Just letting anyone know that is going, If you are going to ride Goliath and want the most thrill, the very back in one of the edge seats is the very best!!! If you rode the Ninja but not the Blue Hawk the change is AMAZING. The new restraints help minimalism to get rid of the head banging which was a huge problem with the ninja. The Great American Scream Machine is not for someone with any back or neck problems and also females with larger chests. Avoid the back if all possible.

Nice video! I love SFOG, I think it is actually my favorite of the 8 Six Flags parks I have been to. Also Goliath is my favorite B&M hyper, that ride is incredible!

I grew up in this park!! We were here for the most part of my childhood all the way up to my twenties. We had a gang of fun every year and it looks like they have expanded quite a bit, too. Acrophobia should be the last ride you get on because everything else will seem pale in comparison. Love, love, love Thunder River and absolutely adore Mind Bender. Glad you both had fun. It is a really, really cool and like you said very pretty place to hang out in the summer. Such a rush of memories and I loved it! Glad you enjoyed it!

Acrophobia is actually a really great drop tower if you know how to adjust yourself before hand.

Great report, glad you had fun. Goliath is the star of the park, it's 5th on my B&M hyper/giga list. Not that it's bad, just the others are better. Fury325 (Carowinds) Diamond Back (KI) Apollo’s Chariot (BGE) Mako (SWO) Goliath (SFOG) Intimidator (Carowinds) Nitro (SFNJ) Raging Bull (SFGAm) Superman is #2 on my Flyer list, behind Tatsu at SFMM. Tatsu (SFMM) Superman (SFoG) Manta (SWO) Superman (SFNJ) Superman (SFGAm) It's really a toss up between Superman and Manta for the #2 spot. If Six Flags had kept going with RMC like they were doing, then the Georgia Cyclone would have been next and become similar to Twisted Colossus. There's enough land in that spot to do a similar layout and TC is #2 in my RMC list. I hope the suits read this. The south needs an RMC and the answer is right there.

Awesome review! Born and raised in south Florida so Orlando was always my go to. I recently just moved to Atlanta and have been wanting to take a trip to Six Flags. It looks like a fun park can not wait to go.

I did the daredevil one a few years ago when there was no vr and it felt so weird but there was this girl that kept screaming so I couldn't help but laugh. Also, the vr headsets seem a little unsanitary because so many people put it on their face near their eyes so they could probably get pimples or eye infections

In case you were wondering, Dr. Fright's Frightorium is up year-long, but it only operates during Fright Fest. That building used to be a pretty fun ride called Shake, Rattle 'n' Roll. I miss that ride because it had air conditioning!

Yea I feel ya on acrophobia I waited like 30 min for it appreciate how thank full I am to have Falcons fury right down the street :)

That is my home park. It is Hard for me to go to another park after experiencing Universal Orlando.. Headed to Clearwater this week and trying to decide if Busch Gardens is worth the ticket price for out of tourist??? Whats your recommendation?

Heck yeah, this wonderful park is getting a RMC in 2018. After this we need on at Six flags Great Adventure :)

Daredevil Falls is not a good ride if you hate waiting. When I went on, I waited in line for 3 hours, only to get to the front to have technical difficulties. When I finally got on the ride, with the headset on, I was told I could not wear the headset because I looked like I was under 13. I would not recommend the coaster at all.

The Superman at that park I heard was the first b&m flyer in the US. Also six flags over Georgia is one of the first and one of the only parks to get built by the original six flags corporation. It was the second ever six flags park.

Does manta run both stations? The only time Superman has ever loaded people in both stations was the first year it opened.

fright fest 2016 wasn’t that bad but 2017 gave me a heart attack and 2018 we’ll see how that works
