Love your book and your yummy marbled paper! Thanks for showing, I have been thinking of making one of these for a few years now. I better get cracking!
Thank you! Good luck with your project. The hardest part will be the outside covers. The spacing on the spine needs to be such that is does not bind. Mine was 3/4 of an inch- 1/4 between the two text blocks and the covers attached 1/4 inch in from the spine edge on each side.
What a fun little project and the class you're taking sounds fabulous. Hope you come away with some more techniques to play with. TFS your gorgeous book.
Your book is lovely well done! question please, you mentioned a Nick (someone) I did not get the name - please would you let me know who you were refering to as I want to use this concept with junk journaling as well! Thank you again for sharing
Only this morning I have come across your absolutely gorgeous journal. As soon as I have finished other projects on my plate the journal will be the next one. I like to experiment. Hardly can wait. Meanwhile it keeps my mind busy as I have to find out how to make it. What is the size of your book? Thank you for sharing your book.
Do you have a tutorial that you could sell on etsy. It could be a video or preferably a printed how to. Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful work with us.
This is just awesome! What is your cover made from? I know you used digi's but what else. Have fun at your class! Will be curious to see what you make Thank you for sharing!
Jeanne Corsby-Hale Thank you so much! The covers are made from book board that I got through Amazon. These boards are covered with a muslin fabric and then painted with acrylic paint. The digital cover art was then deco- podged on top.
