@@kramnull8962 Yeah, so? He's still my favourite driver in NASCAR, I don't care much about his winless streak because that doesn't determine my loyalty on him.
@@kramnull8962 Very fine, have a nice day. Just a word of advice, realism is not a bad thing, but I don't suggest going around throwing rude words on others recklessly for no good. You're the one who really needs to grow up. End of conversation.
JAMES BRITTAIN Kurt Busch kinda reminds me of early JJ now that he is appeased, I enjoy to watch him race but not gonna lie, Harvick, Kurt, Hamlin, Truex Junior are all leaving in these 6 coming years
@@evildalejr4570 yeah same.I was 3 years old and started watching him in 2008 been a big fan sad to see him retiring hope he can have a good finish for 2020
I'm not good Riddance. The Tom Brady of NASCAR with the Bill Belichick of NASCAR driving for the Robert Kraft of NASCAR. Jimmie Johnson would've been a bumb if Jeff Gordon didn't endorse him.
Good Riddance, he is Championships were shams. He's not as good as everyone says he is. Not even a top 20 driver. All 83 wins were with Chad Knause giving him the best cars. He's a hack.
Jimmie Johnson is my favorite racer. He is the best. When I found out he was retiring I was so sad I starting getting to cry a bit. Jimmie Johnson is a LEGEND. He will never be forgotten in my heart it’s because of him that my dream is to become a NASCAR racer. He was all my inspiration. YOU WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN JIMMIE!
Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards, Dale Jr, Matt Kenseth, Kasey Kahne, Jamie McMurray And now Jimmie Johnson. All these legends have passed the torch on to the next Gen. Jimmie is one of my favourites, and I’ve decided I’m bumping him up to my favourite next year. Seeing that man drive is something special. Sad it won’t be for a title after 2020. Let’s enjoy and celebrate the last year of Jimmie’s career
The best of the best right here. 7x champion 🏆 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 thanks to my older sister for getting me into nascar. Start watching Jimmie from when he came in to when he left nascar. The 5 straight Championship he won was exciting to watch
Jimmie I've been there with you since 2001. Thanks for all the memories and all the good times. I wish nothing but the best for Chandra and you.. #48 forever.. You'll be missed
I’ve been watching Jimmie as my favorite since 2002 when I saw him at Pocono. It’s been really great watching him dominate all these years. I hope he gets one final win this last season.
Pocono ruined the last 2-3 years and that year it looked like he was on his way to his 8th he won 3 of the 12 races before that race at pocono and after that he never won a race again
Being 20 years old, NASCAR has been a part of my entire life, but I don't know it without Jimmie being there and being the one that I've always cheered for. I don't even know why he became my favorite, I just know when I was a toddler I just gravitated to him, and he's been at the top of my list since. This next season is going to be by far the toughest for me to watch, but if he just wins one more race before he goes out, I assure you there won't be many people happier than me, nor will there be stopping any tears on my part
I've watched nascar since 2000. I was 13 when he made his first start in the Winston Cup Series, I will be 32 when he makes his last one. End of an era, unbelievable how fast these years go by. Glad he is sticking around for one more year so every weekend we can appreciate him, all that he has done and celebrate this true champion of this great sport.
I can say I was watching him as a rookie and say I am gonna see him retire I got to live to see this 🤟🏻can’t imagine how happy Jimmy Johnson is knowing he’s one of the best
Its gonna be sad, but im so happy for him. hes had an amazing carreer and I dont think he should have to suffer through crap performance for his last few years of his career. So long. 8 time.
I watched Petty and Earnhardt race.. but what Jimmie Johnson was able to do was absolutely incredible and we’ll never see it again. No doubt the GOAT. I’m gonna miss him.
The Greatest driver ever, this is not only the last of the great drivers, but the last day of Nascar. Good luck Jimmie go for it!!! And when he wins....Goodbye Nascar...you can switch to go carts now...I wont be watching after Jimmies gone.
When Jimmie won his first championship, I was only three years old, now at 16, and watching NASCAR for the last 12 years, Jimmie has won 6 of those championships, so in my eyes, he’s greatest NASCAR driver I’ve ever seen
Should have shown the race that started his decline, Pocono 2017 crash into the wall with no brakes. Very hard hit for him! Prior to that race he was winning 25% of the races in 2017, after that crash, no wins and only 5 or 6 top fives. That was a defining moment for him. I wish him success in 2020, even a championship, would like to see him go out on the top!
I'm gonna miss mr. Seventime champion definitely going to the southern 500 again next season to see JJs final ride. Just like how i was at MIS for Gordons last fulltime ride.
I never liked Jimmy Johnson. But hell thanks for all the great racing you gave us. It was still cooling seeing you win your 7th cup series championship
“Make room Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt, there’s another Se7en time champ!” Still get chills listening to the last lap of that race! Forever a legend he will be greatly missed!
Damien as said i havnt been follewimg nascar but I will for sure watch his final race in 2020. I remember I’ve been hoping he’d win a 8th championship... it seems 7 is the limit somehow. It’s been sad to see all these guys leave over the past 5 years. Great video also it was a happy video but also had a sad tone to it they really did good with this vodeo
All my childhood drivers are leaving. Jimmie Johnson, Tony Stewart, Dale Jr. Kenseth, Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Jeff Burton, Mark Martin (his career resurgence was cool).
It's really hard to see most of the old guard put up their helms over the years... Now another helm graces the podium at the hall of champions. Cheers Jimmie!
One of the best ever! Really too bad Jimmie never put the Ally car in victory lane. Sure he was one of the Clash’s with Ally but never a points race. As a Jimmie fan since 2006 it was hard to watch those last three seasons and the hardship that 48 team went through.
Richard dominated with money and equipment. Earnhardt dominated by making everyone fear him on the track. Johnson dominated by simply out driving everyone. Love him or hate him, he is the goat. He may not have the iconic moments like Richard and Dale, but man, the talent that guy has is ridiculous. If I can compare it to basketball, he had the success of Michael Jordan with the skill of Kobe Bryant while dominating like LeBron James.
@America First and when did Johnson have the better average finish,34 Daytona wins 4 iroc championships Continue racing after flipping pass through the grass win 7 real championships by which I mean Winston cup series
@America First #1 You're an idiot he won many races without a wreck #2 rubbing is racing you pussy snowflake you do whatever it takes to win its called competing you pussy snowflake
He probably should have retired 2 or 3 years ago, but glad to see him go out in the middle of the field rather than wait until he's at the end like some other once great drivers.
Man. Seeing Jimmie rape everyone in the field for all those years was truly a frustrating time, but the older I've gotten, the more I come to acknowledge how legendary those moments were. I hope he gets to taste Victory Lane one last time next year. He's earned it. Best of luck Jimmie, go do what you do best
I became a NASCAR fan bout 2008. I picked JJ as my fave. I had no idea how good he was. . But now I think he is all washed up, he has improved from last year but I think he has lost his nerve. These young guys are showing him up for sure. But I do hope he goes out with a win. I won't be watching, not much f a NASCAR fan anymore. I will miss it and him😟
