Upside down Massage for blood circulation 5-10min 3.Rubbing your Fingernails against each other about 10min (... interesting - I will try to find out how that can effect hair growth???) 4. Tigh your hair in a loose way 5. Avoid tight hairstyles to avoid stress on the follicles 6.Don’t wrap your hair into a towel you’re welcome 😉

@@raisajamelaadoptante1832 SAME I also got my haircut the same day you did (which is yesterday) , my hair was at my thigh almost at my knees, I asked for layers and showed them pictures of the exact same length of really long hair layers, expecting they wouldn't cut my hair length.. man I was wrong, they cutted it into a fucking medium, and high school is about to start in 4-5 months.

Well, I have a below knee length super long silky hair. I really feel so good when someone comments about my hair. I can try vast different types of hairstyles, braids and different bun styles. My female friends touches my hair all the time😅, makes beautiful compliments and I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful hair.

I just cut my long hair yesterday that was about 17 inches and it's now like shoulder length... I totally regret bcoz I love long hairs!! I just wanted to cut my split ends but I ended up cutting like 4 inches... Let's try this and I will update again in 4-6 months Currently it's May❤️

I guess the most important part is not giving up and have patience, I remember taking care of hair but eventually giving up and got busy with something else. I should've not done that. We all should make a hair routine and stick to it forever.

i’m the comment you’re looking for 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 i massaged my head upside down everyday for 5 minutes for a week, and i can already tell a difference. i also rinse out my conditioner with cold water in the shower because it makes it really soft and is better for my hair. i try not to wash my hair everyday which is a LOT of help for growing hair. i have short hair, so i cannot braid it when i go to sleep, but i do this twist-kinda-braid thing. i hope this helped!!! i cut off seven inches of my hair and i DEEPLY regret it

Fill all ur hair forward and gently massage.. faster and longer before bed. 3. Rubbing of finger nails 10 to 20 min.. longer hairs and damage free 4. Tied your hair in loose braid.. 5.Avoid tied hairstyle cause hair breakage and reduce blood.. 6. Do not rub your hair in towel.. when the hair is wet more hair breakage.. Just normally dry your hair
