I have had a home in PS for about 7 years now, have tried tons of places and I must say your video hit the nail on the head! Every one of those places rock! If I could round out the list...I would add Guacamole's (terrific hole in the wall Mexican), Spencers (for breakfast or lunch only... because of the incredible ambiance and service and quality at a reasonable price). The best Palm Springs secret is: go to San Diego, there's nothing in Palm Springs worth paying for, looking at, or experiencing unless you like hanging out in lines with LA people, circle for parking, and being frightened by homeless everywhere. D-
