100%. "I hoping you're so, you'll have a place for me" doesnt seem right. I heard "I'm hoping your soul, you'll have a place for me". But hope in actually sounds even more correct grammatically. Also in one song they had the lyric on screen as 'Aks' when he pronounces 'Ask' in that way.. but then I think he does it again on Vibes and the lyric says 'Ask' which bothered me lol.

Concert was truly gob-smacking-ling amazing from my spot. Eternally Grateful. It was nothing short of amazing truly. My body had to move to it. Wish we all stepped up with the singing and supporting/cheering parts more. Must get out of my comfort zones. Will boogie hard though without a doubt on my next opportunity... moreso. I did though.. lol Still chilling here in Paihia now, next time I will do more than dance . Promise. Till then, Keep up the epic songs coming out. Lv ya music heaps and heaps. Gig was choice. WOW!!! So I must've been living under a rock ha! Kinda was, I've never heard of Six60 before. Gotta say you fullas got yourselves another fan. Was checking out the line up for 22 Bluesfest and seen the name, thought fuck it, I'll check'em out on RU-vid. 1st song I listened to was posted like 10 years ago, fell in love with it, Don't forget your root's. Just the name of the song called out to me, being a local Bunjalung indigenous woman. The 2nd song Rivers, fell in love with that too ❤❤❤ so then I'm thinking to myself, where tf do these fullas come from??? I'm guessing from the comments you guys are from NZ...sweet as aye! Love the NZ accent 😍 I've met some beautiful maori people, would love to visit one day, spewin I can't go to Bluesfest. Lol I only wanted to go check out The Teskey Brothers, but would ❤️ to see Six60 live too now. Someone told me they signed with Pharrel? I kinda went 'ahhh maybe that's why this sounds more studio esque than rock n roll band'. They've always seemed to have at least a couple tracks on their albums that don't resemble the others though so it's not very surprising they'd go in different directions with it. Dude's voice is too good for anything they put out to be bad anyways haha.
Yea but they sounded more like a 'rock band' than these tracks. That's pretty much hearing the distinct guitars and bass. I only first heard them from the track Dont Forget Your Roots, and although I've had Kiwi's disagree with me, they REALLY reminded me of Sublime. And Sublime's a band you can't just say is 'ska' or 'rock' or whatever either. Blend of a lot of styles with the best male harmony vocals lol.
