Hello Dave and Dawn, It is interesting to hear that the family still lives there. Some major houses, such as Clumber, have lost the familial connection. When I saw the tapestry, I was reminded of those in Hardwick Hall.

That's a beautiful castle guys and the gardens are so lovely. The furnishings inside are gorgeous. Very interesting history and the family have collected a lot of items dating back 26 generations so it did make it feel really homely. Really enjoyed your tour here :) ~ Anna ❤

Very interesting video and good information about Sizer Castle, It certainly is a stunning castle. A few of the sofa and chairs looked well worn :) I have not been to the Lake District for many years, and have a yearning to visit now!

We didn't even realise there were National Trust properties in that part of the UK :-) Thanks for showing us around again. Can't imagine living in such a big house but a nice fireplace and outlook!

hi D and D cracking job again 26 generations now thats a big family i loved the black and white cobweb roof in the dinning room and that fire was so inviting could of sat by that all night 😂❤
