If you ask me, Sizzla you can't compare them. Bob Marley had a sound and style that was very calming. Sizzla is more versatile, has better vocals and unique as well. Bob is obviously more popular, but Sizzla will be remembered on the same level by people that know both of them when he dies. Incredible artists.
