A recently sourced 4,300 mAh Li-Po cells were assembled as a simple 3S battery pack. It comes with a 3S balance charger connector and is to be used with a recommended B6 balance charger. A B3 balance charger is sufficed albeit a longer charging time, approximately 5 hours

Hi Colin Tan, would you describe type of lipo that was use ? how about C ? you used big C, example lipo 3S 2200 50C

I used 4300mAh 3S configuration and the manufacturer stated the rating as 30C

Hola Colin un gran saludo desde España. Puedes mostrarnos qué batería has puesto en el drone, que tipo de conexión, y cómo se sujeta firmemente. Es algo muy interesante lo que nos muestras, pero no se aprecian los detalles de cómo lo has puesto. Un gran like para ti.

Hi Colin. Nice job with the battery! What about the SJ F PRO App going to 2.3.0. Do you have any insight into what's been fixed or changed? I see one feature thats fixed... at least for me, that I've been waiting a long time for. When setting the flight parameters, ALL the numbers are displaying in FEET!!! Finally. Sorry, I'm an old guy and I grew up with the imperial system. Any other fixes you know of?-

Hi, no one actually knows what we're the improvement for the apps and the developer is known to omit all change log in the Playstore etc. I thought the imperial measurement can be chosen from the parameter settings even for the older versions

@@colintan9613 Yes, the imperial measurement choice has been there for a very long time... However, it would only show imperial numbers on the live view, NOT in the parameters window where you set Distance, Height, etc

I cannot find a link to the battery up grade conversion instruction, are you using the existing battery shell or mounting the 4300 ma battery into the cavity and modifying the connection to the F11 ?

The battery pack is wider than the original battery pack, it won't fit into the original battery shell. I just mounted it into the cavity and made a direct connection to the F11. Please take note that some battery cells are heavier than the original. Need to find a balance of enlarged capacity and the weight of the battery pack that definitely affects the flying time

You tried to use 3s li-ion ? Like Sony vtc6 or lg chocolate? Maybe one of these battery's your flight is more than 30 minutes

Never thought of using 18650 batteries but it could work as VTC6 is rated at 30Amp and 3000 mAh as well. The only thing is to figure out how to place those batteries inside the drone's body
