@@firehead313 No. Just a normal PID controller with a few tiny modifications.

@@SJTUVEX Well, somehow these few tiny modifications have produced the crispest movements I have ever seen a robot make (which has a bit to do with the robot design, but still)

We used an inertial sensor, as well as the encoders built in V5 motors, so only an additional inertial sensor for auto.

im pretty sure this is the same robot in their reveal earlier this year

We do have a line tracker for 45 sec auton, but we don't use it for skills challenge. Btw, we use one line tracker to count the balls coming in and a distance sensor for the balls launched.

The distance sensor is installed together with a color sensor so that the sorter can work automatically during driver control period.
