Sick boat, I have been enjoying the one I built. 16' ModV with 787cc Rotax jetski. I have videos up, if you wanna see it run in one of the latest videos. Didnt line it, as its a rivetted hull I figure if it needs UHMW then it will be bent and destroyed anyway. Hit once, skidded many times, seems to do about 4" just fine, and has no problem going UP rock rapids. Does 35mph loaded with 2 men. Should keep me going for a good 5 more years, and then Ill be considering an 18 or 19' version of the similar, with a plate floor and UHMW rather than the tin floor lol. Id like to be able to DRIVE thru cobbles when required. Our river here in PA is similair in depth and rocks, Delaware river. Many back pockets that require walking the boat thru to them without UHMW.
